I have been using gyms and health clubs since my early teens, this has been my go-to since I was an early adult, it has helped me immensely and I do believe that training and bodybuilding have saved my life - click here to read more about my story

 

I have competed in a few fitness physique bodybuilding competitions, I know how hard a prep can be.
I have lived experience and now my goal is to help busy adults and parents improve their physiques, lose body fat, and transform their physiques and mindset.


I have had my own transformation from weighing 103 kg to 85 – 90 kg and I keep in good shape. Together, I will teach you how to implement training into your week and demonstrate how to make you a priority. I specialise in weight loss and transformations, both physically and mentally. We will aim to increase muscle mass and overall strength, whilst ensuring you feel good about yourself. 

 

I am based in East London and offer face-to-face personal training and online services. I am a good people person will help you build a good level of trust and self-confidence.
